  • Mobility (Open Level)

    Empower your everyday activities, sports, and hobbies with ‘Mobility’ (Open Level)—a guided class open to all fitness levels dedicated to refining body mechanics, increasing flexibility, muscular strength, coordination, and stability, while enhancing overall well-being.

    Mobility (Intermediate/Advanced)

    Elevate your practice with ‘Mobility’ (Intermediate/Advanced), sharing the same transformative objectives as our standard Mobility classes but introducing headstands. Mastery of holding a headstand for at least 20-30 seconds is a prerequisite for this advanced class.

  • Community Stretch

    In our 'Community Stretch' class, enjoy a laid-back atmosphere with high-energy music and a welcoming community. This guided stretch class is open to all fitness levels, encouraging you to connect with others while giving your body the stretch it needs. It's the perfect setting to unwind and find your mid-week groove.

    Stretch & Sound Bath

    Experience a unique blend of stretching and meditation in our 'Stretch & Sound Bath' class. The session begins with a series of guided stretches, helping you warm up and find your flow. As the class progresses, it transitions into a relaxing sound bath that envelops you in calming vibrations. This session concludes with meditation to help integrate the benefits of both stretching and sound healing, offering a holistic approach to relaxation. Bring personal talismans if you'd like, and prepare for a journey that aligns mind, body, and spirit.

    Soul Stretch

    'Soul Stretch' is our group class designed to guide you toward unlocking your inner healer. This transformative experience focuses on mind, body, and spirit healing through various stretches and meditation techniques. The class provides a magical, grounding journey that encourages you to bring personal items with special significance. It's an open and inclusive space for anyone seeking to rejuvenate their mind and body.

    Each session offers a unique approach to stretching and relaxation, inviting you to explore the transformative power of a well-rounded stretch routine. Reach out to me if you are interested in any of these sessions.

    Advanced Pull-Up Variations

    This class is designed for those aiming to refine their bar muscle-up technique. It's ideal for individuals who can already link pull-ups or chest-to-bar (without requiring the butterfly technique) and are now working towards their first bar muscle-up or enhancing their existing technique. The class also covers butterfly pull-ups, butterfly chest-to-bar, toes-to-bar, and ring muscle-ups, as these movements are related to bar muscle-ups. Each session has a maximum of 10 participants to ensure personalized guidance and attention.

    Advanced Handstands

    In this class, you will master handstand movements while building comprehensive strength, mobility, and conditioning. It's designed for advanced athletes who want to improve their free handstand, parallette free handstand, strict handstand push-up, free handstand push-ups, handstand walks (including ramps), kick handstands, press handstands, and more. Each session has a maximum of 10 participants, allowing for focused coaching.

    Gymnastics Club

    This open-level class focuses on handstand foundations, gymnastics-style movements, and comprehensive strength, mobility, and conditioning. It's suitable for anyone interested in learning or mastering gymnastics techniques. This class includes an optional stretch session at the upstairs studio after the main class. With a maximum of 10 participants, you can expect individualized coaching and support.
