I am a psychology grad from the University of Virginia ⚔️ and have doctoral-level education in clinical psychology, including clinical practicum experience. I most enjoy integrating my spirituality and spiritual tools, like oracle/reflection cards, into my facilitation when it aligns with the well-being of you (or the group) and all involved. 😇 I also do sound baths with crystal bowls and other sound instruments 🎶 As a physical fitness/ movement coach, I have an athletic background competing and coaching springboard diving and CrossFit! 🏋🏼♀️ Stretching, mobility/restorative moment, nature walks, hill ascents, gymnastics, and quick HIIT workouts most excite me. 🐈
