As a psychology grad from the University of Virginia ⚔️ with two years of doctoral level coursework and clinical work in clinical psychology🌳 I blend this mental health background with my passion for spirituality and mystical healing using divination tools, such as oracle cards, Tarot, Lenormand cards, and channeling techniques to receive grounded insights and messages 🌞

Currently, I facilitate groups at over 30 substance abuse rehabilitation and mental health recovery centers across Southern California, providing an integrative blend of all these services: physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual well-being — gently guiding healing and personal transformation. 🦋 Using my background in mental health, I am here to help meet your emotional well-being goals through our connected conversations and personalised growth activities.
For physical well-being: With a background in competitive diving & gymnastics, CrossFit/HIIT 🏋🏼♀️, I offer personalized coaching and workout programming to improve body mechanics, mobility, and strength. 🐆 I also provide accountability coaching support 🧢 to help you stay consistent and aligned with your goals. 🕊️

🦘15-60 minute physical wellness coaching sessions focused on workout planning and programming to provide you a general template or specific exercise plan with or without accountability check ins from me, and or personal or group training style sessions for your physical fitness interests, such as gymnastics, calisthenics, plyometrics, HIIT, restorative movement, stretching, weight training, and olympic weightlifting fundamentals. Or, if you're looking for an accountability person to workout with, run, swim, etc.
